I’m here to get healthier & happier. Wanna join?

So I’ve been thinking about starting a tumblr for a while now.. I’m not too sure about this whole blogging thing but hey, if I dont like it I figure I can just delete my account, right? right.

The purpose of me starting one is to have a place to support others, give advice, put out a postive energy and hopefully start a happier and healthier lifestyle. I’m new to this so if you have any tips or pointers about how to work all of this, it would be greatly appreciated. :)
